I’ve tried recommending it to friends - face it, we’d all love a Chateau and the most just makes it better and better- but it’s still hard to find with no online streaming access on YouTube or BritBox and PBS seems to air it now and again- my DVR is set up to find it when it’s on. So this is a great catch-up for what happened Year One. I now own all Angel’s books and they’re ready to be part of my treasured cookbook collection once I’ve gotten through reading them like books for all the entertaining information. I LOVE that this couple just DO things - Great insurmountable things! Nothing is impossible for them - they will adapt and make it their own. ( Reviewed in the United States on June 2, 2021 )

The VERY big downside is the section on hunting - I'm very anti blood sport and this spoilt the book for me. As a huge fan of the TV series and having met this wonderful couple early this year it was a must for me and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Loved the format of being written from both Dick and Angels perspective. Made me laugh and reading about their wedding made me well up.
